Payments & Insurance

The Karin Lewis Eating Disorder Center currently does not accept insurance. If you are looking to use an HSA/FSA, you must obtain and provide letters of medical necessity (LMN) from a doctor, which qualifies the coaching as a deducible medical expense under IRS rules.

 

Accepted forms of payment include online debit and credit cards, cash, and personal checks.
