[Rerelease] Somatic Healing with Paula Scatoloni, MSW

Episode #106 [Rerelease] - Somatic Healing with Paula Scatoloni, MSW

by Karin Lewis, MA, LMFT, CEDS

In this episode, I am joined by Paula Scatoloni, MSW, embodiment educator, sound therapist, and workshop facilitator, to the show for a rerelease of one of our earliest episodes,, “Somatic Experiencing.”

Join Karin and Paula for a conversation on somatic experiencing, safe ways to tune into your body, how the nervous system influences the mind-body system, Embodied Recovery, restoring health through sound and vibration, the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), body detachment, “showing up” for recovery, and more!

I have come to understand that our body holds our deepest knowing of who we are and our authentic expression of ourselves. Our body holds our learned patterns from our experiences and is the bridge to understanding how consciousness affects healing.
