After struggling with an eating disorder herself, Jaclyn is passionate about using what she has learned in recovery to help others find freedom with food, peace with their bodies, and how to pursue enjoyable movement without obsession.

After struggling with an eating disorder herself, Jaclyn is passionate about using what she has learned in recovery to help others find freedom with food, peace with their bodies, and how to pursue enjoyable movement without obsession.
